Role Overview
The Paid Lead is a full-time position that involves running day-to-day Paid Media delivery at Atlas, leading key client relationships, uplifting team capability and operationalising modern Paid practices, including AI and pipeline-influence thinking.
This role sits directly beneath the Head of Paid and acts as their second-in-command, ensuring delivery quality, client outcomes and team performance remain high as Atlas scales toward enterprise and SaaS clients.
You’ll be hands-on, commercially aware and strategically fluent, able to execute excellent Paid Media while helping evolve how Paid contributes to pipeline, validation and revenue impact.
Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Run day-to-day Paid Media delivery across the portfolio, ensuring campaigns meet Atlas standards.
- Lead optimisation, testing and performance improvement across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and emerging channels.
- Ensure delivery is reliable, scalable and outcome-focused.
Client Strategy & Performance
- Lead Paid strategy and execution for key and complex accounts.
- Clearly connect Paid activity to pipeline influence, validation and ROI in client conversations.
- Identify early signs of churn risk or underperformance and support resolution.
Quality & Standards
- Ensure campaigns, tracking, reporting and structure meet Atlas standards.
- Uphold best practice across the team and contribute feedback to improve systems and frameworks.
Coaching & Capability
- Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to Paid team members.
- Act as escalation point for problem solving and second opinions.
- Help lift strategic thinking across the team, moving Paid from execution to growth impact.
AI & Innovation
- Apply AI tools in real client environments to improve efficiency and results.
- Pilot new approaches, automation, and workflows that increase leverage.
- Share learnings internally to support broader adoption.
Collaboration
- Work closely with Strategy, Organic, CRO and Growth teams to integrate Paid into broader growth plans.
- Represent Paid internally as a delivery and execution leader.

Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Paid Media experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.
- Deep expertise across major platforms and performance measurement.
- Strong understanding of funnels, pipeline, CAC, LTV and buying journeys.
- Proven ability to lead delivery while remaining hands-on.
- Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders.
- Comfortable testing and applying AI tools in real environments.
